Is the show free?
YES! Our show is completely free and complimentary thanks to our preferred special event partners and our featured venues Birch Hill Catering and Stablegate Farms.
How many guests can I bring with me to the show?
To provide each guest with an equally valuable experience, we ask that groups are limited to four people. If you would like to bring a larger party, then please contact one of our sales managers at 518-732-4444. Our sales managers can extend you extra tickets and make arrangements on a case by case basis to ensure everyone enjoys the personalized Birch Hill experience.
Will I be able to meet my sales manager in private during the show?
Due to the high volume of guests, our sales managers will not be able to schedule day of personal tours and appointments. However, when they chat with you during the show, they would love to set up an appointment or tour for a future date.
Will there be tours of Stablegate at the show?
You bet! Everyone will start the show at Birch Hill, and tours of Stablegate will be extended to registered guests via email prior to March 10.
Will I be able to make a payment toward a future event or a deposit toward a new one while I’m at Birch Hill for the show?
Due to popular demand for this last year, we are bringing in administrative staff to help facilitate convenient payments and deposits on the day of the wedding show.
Do I have to arrive at the time slot that I register for?
Due to the increasing popularity of our show, we kindly ask you to arrive at the time indicated on your ticket. This will help ease the flow of the event for all of the guests and partners—providing you with the best possible experience. If you do arrive substantially early, you may be asked to wait in the lobby until other guests exit.
